I have given up on recovering the lost ramblings I created around my many tasting notes. All those poor, innocent words lost to the ether. Perhaps I will work to reconstruct them to be better and stronger using my original notes, or mayhaps I will create a poor replica, a disgusting shell of the originals. Still better is option three, allowing the apathy to wash over me and accepting the fact that they will be lost forever.
